Connected, secure and compliant at scale.

Sentiv helps large enterprises connect and protect people, sites and assets across multiple locations, under one accountable partner. Corporate security, communications, access control, surveillance and connected operations are brought together, so a distributed organisation gets a single, coordinated capability rather than a patchwork of regional suppliers and systems. Platforms are locally hosted and POPIA compliant, integrate with the enterprise systems already in place, and are delivered as a managed service that scales across campuses, branches and facilities. The result is stronger security, better operational visibility and lower complexity for the teams responsible for it.

The Challenge

Large enterprises operate across many sites, each often with its own security, communications and access systems, so there is no single view and no consistent standard. Coordinating incident response, controlling access and protecting people and assets across a distributed footprint is hard, and every additional supplier adds cost, risk and integration effort. Data protection and POPIA compliance apply across the whole organisation, and executives expect security and operations to be visible, measurable and accountable. Enterprises need consistency, integration and one partner responsible for the whole picture.

How Sentiv Helps

Sentiv unifies corporate communications, access control, visitor management, number-plate recognition and surveillance across sites, coordinated from a central control room with one live operating picture. Push-to-talk over cellular keeps security and operations teams connected across every location, while panic alerting and body-worn cameras protect people and capture incidents with a defensible record. IoT sensing and connected operations extend visibility to facilities, assets and infrastructure, and everything integrates with the enterprise systems already in use. Locally hosted, POPIA compliant and delivered as a managed service, it gives large organisations security and operational control at scale, with one partner accountable.

FAQ

Common Questions

“How does Sentiv keep communication secure?”

Teamwire's encrypted messaging keeps teams across every site communicating securely, so information moves between locations without compromising compliance. Unlike many popular consumer messaging apps, which route data through offshore servers, Teamwire content is hosted locally, keeping the organisation POPIA compliant and in control of where information lives. Mission chats bring the right people together around a specific project or task in seconds, while pinned messages, read receipts, and live location sharing keep everyone aligned when things move fast. Alerts can override a device's silent mode so urgent updates are never missed, and integration with existing mobile device management means it drops straight into enterprise IT policy.

“How does Sentiv manage access across our sites?”

Sentiv's access control and visitor management platform unifies entry and visitor processing for every site on a single cloud system, so entry logs, permissions, and visitor records stay centralised and auditable across the organisation. Multiple entry methods, including biometrics, Bluetooth, RFID, PIN and intercom, are supported, and digital visitor logging replaces paper logbooks at every site. It is POPIA compliant and offline resilient, so access control keeps working through load-shedding or network outages, and all records stay hosted locally under South African control. Sites are added under the same model, so expanding to a new location does not mean starting a new procurement process.
