Executive Chairman

Reshaad is Executive Chairman of Sentiv and CEO of BriteGaze. He has led major digital transformation initiatives across Africa, including as CEO of Liquid Telecom SA, SqwidNet, Chief Strategy of DFA and Strategy Director of Cisco. His global tech experience spans roles across a multitude of global tech companies. He holds an Executive MBA (UCT GSB), a National Diploma in IT, and completed Harvard’s Advanced Management Program.

Louis Du Toit

Chief Executive Officer 

Louis is CEO of Sentiv, with over 25 years’ experience in scaling telecom and IT businesses across Africa and the Middle East. He has held leadership roles at Dimension Data, Infoblox, Acme Packet, and Siemens. Known for driving growth through high-performing teams, he holds a BA in Political Science and Economics from Stellenbosch University.

Brian Pinnock

Head of Go-To-Market

Brian leads go-to-market at Sentiv across mission-critical communications and industrial IoT, spanning public safety, utilities, mining and transport. A GTM executive, he is former Vice President of Sales Engineering at Mimecast, where he ran multi-region pre-sales, platform positioning and large-deal strategy. Known for scaling sales engineering teams across diverse, dispersed markets.

Gavin Delcie

Head of Operations: Platform & Solutions

Gavin is Head: Platform Operations at Sentiv, with over 15 years' experience in electronics, telecommunications hardware and network engineering. He spent more than a decade at Far South Networks, progressing from Production Engineer to Hardware Specialist and Development Engineer, with a focus on embedded systems, product certification and manufacturing. Gavin holds a BTech in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from UNISA and a Diploma from Cape Peninsula University of Technology.

Tezne Saunders

Finance Director

Tezne brings over 15 years of executive financial leadership across media, telecoms, ICT, and regulated industries. Known for her strategic and analytical focus, she has led finance functions in listed and high-growth environments. She holds a BCom in Chartered Accounting from Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University.

Deon De Villiers

Head of Strategic Accounts

Deon leads Sales at Sentiv, bringing over 36 years of experience in radio, radar, ICT, and mining. He has built a strong track record in driving growth, customer engagement, and strategic sales across mission-critical sectors. His deep expertise in radio technologies underpins Sentiv’s leadership in secure, intelligent communications and IoT.

Chris Meyer

Head: Project Operations Coastal & Special Projects

Chris leads Operations at Sentiv, drawing on deep experience in managing complex delivery environments in telecoms and tech. Based in Cape Town, he oversees strategy execution, operational governance, and service delivery. His leadership ensures Sentiv consistently meets the high-performance demands of mission-critical communications and IoT clients.

Sam Smith

Head of Channel

Sam has been in radio communications since 1993 and leads Sentiv’s technology strategy. He has extensive experience in designing, deploying, and supporting secure, high-availability networks for public safety, utilities, and industry. His expertise in RF engineering and systems architecture supports Sentiv’s evolution into an AI- and IoT-enabled platform business.

Tarren McIntyre

Head of Project Operations: Inland

Tarren is Head: Project Operations Inland at Sentiv, leading the delivery of high-value projects across critical communications, telecommunications and technology. With over 12 years in project management, Tarren progressed from Project Administrator at Altron Nexus to Project Manager at Sentiv before stepping into the current role. Known for a detail-driven, process-focused approach, Tarren holds a Psychology degree from the University of Johannesburg alongside project management qualifications.
